The Bible and the Koran are texts on the one hand similar, on the other radically different. The difficulties and the charm of a confrontation, today unavoidable, derive from the dense interweaving of similarities and differences. When looking for common points, differences emerge and vice versa. There is no doubt that entire civilizations are still marked by the direct or indirect presence of these two Books.
