The 73rd National Liturgical Week in Liguria: August 28-31, 2023

The Diocese of Chiavari, in Liguria, will host the 73rd “National Liturgical Week” from August 28-31, 2023. Every year, Liturgical Week is an important appointment for reflection on the liturgical life of the church, an opportunity to put the liturgy back at the center of the life of our communities as the Source of Evangelization. The true beauty of the Christian liturgy, yet to be discovered, is the bearer of a potential evangelizing capacity that asks to be totally unleashed and before which no woman or man can but feel inwardly drawn. In the liturgy, the Risen One cares for us, and through his Spirit, we too can care for one another. Reports, panel discussion, celebrations and cultural moments will punctuate the Liturgical Week and it will be an experience of a true “churchyard.”
