Purpose
These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the donation form/buttons available at sobicain.org. Donations are voluntary and do not imply the delivery of goods or services; an informative thank you certificate is issued.
Payment methods
Payments are processed through Stripe. Donations are made in euros (EUR). Stripe may apply anti-fraud checks. San Pablo Internacional does not store complete card details; this is handled by Stripe.
Confirmation and communications
After payment, a thank you page will be displayed and, where applicable, the certificate will be available for download. We may send communications related to your donation to the email address provided.
Refunds and errors
In general, donations are non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests in cases of mistaken payment, duplication, or fraud. Please request a refund at sobicain@sobicain.org within 15 days of the donation, indicating your name, email address, and proof of payment.
Minimum age
To donate, you must be 18 years old or have the authorization of your legal representatives.
Service availability
We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Liability
We shall not be liable for failures beyond our control (network, payment provider, force majeure). Stripe is responsible for its platform in accordance with its own terms.
Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.sobicain.org/en/privacy-policy/.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Unless another jurisdiction is legally applicable, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
